Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
I'm Arsenii Yesaulov. I run yesaulov.com as a sole trader (IČO 19502443) based in Brno, Czech Republic, and I decide how this site uses personal data. That makes me the controller under the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR. Send any question about this page to [email protected].
Data the site handles
Visiting the site
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts yesaulov.com on Cloudflare Pages and processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. The site also reads the approximate country and city that Cloudflare works out from your IP address, then uses them to show the wording for your region and a nearby town name in the examples. The site saves nothing from that lookup on a server.
Lawful basis: my legitimate interest in running a secure site that shows each visitor the right regional wording.
Booking a call
Calendly LLC runs the booking calendar. The scheduler loads once you scroll down to the booking section, and the "Open the calendar" button opens it on calendly.com. To book, you give Calendly your name, your email and the answers you type, and Calendly handles them under its own privacy policy. If you used the area checker on the page, the area you typed fills in the first booking question for you.
I use your booking details to run the call and to follow up with you about it.
Lawful basis: steps you asked me to take before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in following up on a call you booked.
Emailing me
Cloudflare Email Routing forwards anything you send to [email protected] into my Gmail inbox, which Google hosts. I keep that correspondence to answer you and to run any work we agree on.
Lawful basis: steps towards a contract you asked about, or my legitimate interest in replying to you.
Analytics, with your consent
Google Analytics 4 runs through the Google tag (gtag.js) and stays off until you accept analytics cookies. The site uses Google Consent Mode v2 with every consent setting denied by default. Once you accept, GA4 counts visits, shows me which sections visitors read and measures call bookings. GA4 does not store your IP address.
Lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer of the home page, or with the button on the cookie policy.
Client videos
The client videos are YouTube embeds from youtube-nocookie.com, and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. After that, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies or use your browser storage, under Google's privacy policy.
Choices your browser remembers
Three small local storage entries keep the trades you picked, the region you picked and your cookie choice. They stay on your device, and the cookie policy lists each one with its purpose.
The site has no contact form, and I don't add ad pixels or remarketing tags to it. The Calendly scheduler is Calendly's own page shown inside this one, and Calendly runs its own measurement tools on it, including Google and Meta services, under its privacy policy. I don't sell your data to anyone.
Services that see your data
Three providers handle data for this site: Cloudflare for hosting, security and email forwarding, Calendly for bookings, and Google for Gmail plus Analytics if you accept it. All three are US companies, so your data may travel to the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
Keeping and deleting data
- I keep booking details and email correspondence for as long as our business relationship needs them and Czech accounting law requires, then delete them.
- GA4 holds analytics data for 14 months.
- Your cookie choice stays in your browser for 12 months.
- The site stores none of the country and city data it reads from Cloudflare.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you can ask me to:
- give you a copy of the personal data I hold about you;
- correct it, or delete it;
- restrict how I use it;
- send it to you, or to another provider, in a portable format.
You can also object to any use that rests on my legitimate interests, and withdraw your analytics consent whenever you choose. Email [email protected] and I'll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you think I've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) at uoou.gov.cz. Visitors in the UK can also go to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts handling data differently, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
