If you own a heat pump company in the UK
Fill your diary with homeowners near you. They’ve picked you for the job before they ring.
Homeowners who’ve read up on heat pumps and looked you up. They want to talk to you about one for their house. Each one asks you for a date. You pick the jobs you want and stop chasing leads after a day on the tools.
1,574enquiries for the first four below. That was in the first ten months of 2026.
The clients I work with
All the results here come from clients in the UK.

“Our workload and sales enquiries will now double this has made it 100x easier to win a sale”

“I’m starting to cry a little every time I hear another lead pinging in, I don’t have enough time to do anything at the moment”
The problem
Six things that keep a good heat pump installer the same size
These come from what my clients tell me before they start working with me. I kept them close to the words they used.
-
You’re too busy to look for work. Then the diary runs dry.
A run of work comes in, and you’re on the tools fitting it. Nobody feeds the next lot, so you get feast and famine periods. A few weeks on there are gaps in the diary. Then a slow month has you saying yes to jobs you should have turned down.
-
Someone else decides where your next job comes from
Work comes in from word of mouth or a main contractor. Some comes from a lead aggregator platform. Or a contractor sends you your type of jobs, and you send him his. Whoever hands you the job owns the customer. They set the price. You get what’s left after their cut.
-
You can’t hire on a maybe
You know the next engineer would pay for himself. So you sub the work out at a rate that eats the margin, or you fit it on a Saturday. One month you’ve got the work and the next you haven’t. So how do you pay the guy?
-
It all runs through your phone, and your phone is on site with you
You quote from the van and answer the team between jobs. You do the paperwork at the kitchen table. On a week off, the phone still won’t stop. To build something that runs without you, you need a free night and a clear head. After a day on the tools, you’ve got neither.
-
You’ve paid for marketing and still can’t say what it brought in
You’ve got a website from one guy and ads from another. Maybe there’s an app with a chatbot bolted on. To see what came in, you wait for the old web guy to send the numbers. Or your site is five years old. Now the web company wants a fee each month to let you keep it.
-
Good leads go cold while you’re in the loft
A serious homeowner rings at 10:40 while you’re up a ladder. You ring back at nine that night. By then they’ve booked whoever picked up. The ones you do reach get a quote you typed for three hours after tea. Then no one chases it, as you’re back on site in the morning.
The real problem
All six come from one gap. From the first thing a homeowner asks to the date in your diary, no one looks after them.
You’ve got a website someone built, a profile on a platform, word of mouth and a phone. A different person runs each one. Nothing joins them up. So on a Sunday night, a homeowner reads up on the work you want more of. The page they land on doesn’t answer them. They fill in a form you see on Tuesday. By then they’ve booked the company that rang first.
If you’re fed up with this, something has to change.
What changes
Back to your goal. A diary full of homeowners who’ve picked you before they ring.
To get there, each homeowner has to qualify first. You’ve got no time for that on site. So they do it on their own, before they ring you.
- They self-qualify, then they ring you
- 1
They read up on the work they want, for their own kind of house.
- 2
They look at your jobs and your reviews, and check you work near them.
- 3
If you’re not right for them, they find that out on their own.
- 4
By the time they get in touch, they’re pre-qualified.
- You don’t need a sales team
- 5
You skip the qualification call. No one has to chase them or nurture them for weeks. They want to speak to you.
- 6
At the very least, they want to talk through the job with you.
- 7
The keen ones want the full install done by you, and soon.
- Here’s how they get to you
How it works
From first search to your diary, while you’re on the tools
Six stages take a homeowner to the date in your diary. You step in at the last one.
- Stage 1
Past customers who trust you
Why it matters
They paid you once and they were happy. They’re the warmest work you’ll get, and they move first.
What I make sure happens
Each one hears from you again, and we put right what went wrong. The happy ones help you win the next job on their street.
“You’ve been recommended to me.”
Homeowner, Chinley, 13 Oct 2026 - Stage 2
They search Google or ask an AI
Why it matters
Once they need the work done, they’ve made up their mind. The ones who are just looking need chasing, and you’ve got no time for that.
What I make sure happens
They find you when they go looking. They might type into Google, ask an AI or ask the neighbours.
“Hi Our oil boiler has finally broken and we’re looking to install an air source heat pump at our property asap.”
Homeowner, Holne, South Devon, 18 Oct 2026 “...happy with any recommendations. Please could you kindly let me know if a survey would be possible and your availability?”
Homeowner, 30 Oct 2026 “Please do a survey and if all ok I would be happy to wait till early next year for installation.”
Homeowner, by text, 31 Oct 2026 “...May I ask for the quote and the earliest availability that would be grateful.”
Homeowner, 26 Oct 2026 - Stage 3
They read up before they ring anyone
Why it matters
The ones you want do their homework. They want someone in their own area.
What I make sure happens
The answers they look for, for their town and their kind of house, have your name on them. By the time they get in touch, they’ve half picked you.
“Have done the “heat loss” survey, which can share.”
Homeowner, 15 Oct 2026 “We’ve been in touch with Home Energy Scotland and they have told us about floor insulation”
Homeowner, Stirling area, 28 Oct 2026 - Stage 4
They choose who to contact
Why it matters
If they can’t find what they came for, they leave without a word. You never hear that they looked.
What I make sure happens
They see your real work and your reviews. They know what happens next, and they can reach you in one tap. The ones who aren’t a fit see that too, and move on before they cost you a van trip.
“…He said the website was really good and all the reviews were very reassuring. He found us in google”
Adam Dare, Eco Renewables, in our WhatsApp group, 25 Mar 2026 “I’m looking for a TrustMark-registered installer to assess and quote for loft/roof insulation at my home in Troon…”
Homeowner, Troon, 30 Oct 2026 - Stage 5
They hear back while you’re still in the loft
Why it matters
The first to reply wins more of the work. Right now, how fast you reply comes down to the job you’re on.
What I make sure happens
Each enquiry gets a quick reply in your name. It all lands in one place. Then we follow up until they say yes or no.
“Thank you so much you are a star... What a relief.”
Homeowner, by text, 29 Oct 2026 - Stage 6
You turn up to people who want you there
Why it matters
Your time goes on the parts only you can do. That’s ringing back, the survey, the quote and the install.
What I make sure happens
You open one screen, see who to ring first and where each job came from, and pick which jobs you take. Homeowners chase you for the date.
“Survey request for installation of an air source heat pump, solar panels, and a battery ... as soon as Adam is available.”
Homeowner, RG4, 26 Oct 2026 “Sorry mate been mad busy doing survey and jobs after getting back from holiday.”
Adam Dare, Eco Renewables, in our WhatsApp group, 22 May 2026

“Yeah sorry I’ve been so busy, we’ve had so many leads in last few days as well”

Where each client started, and what the numbers say now
Each card starts with where the owner was before me. The graph shows what got counted, and the line under it says where the figures come from. The trades you picked at the top come first.

“you are killing me off I have never had so many phone calls”

Who holds what
Some places are not on the map yet. One is Northern Ireland (BT). The rest are the Isle of Man (IM), Jersey (JE) and Guernsey (GY).

“I’m not there yet lol still plenty evenings of work ahead to get fully caught up with the amount coming through. It’s a lot of work”
Service areas
One per trade in each service area
Each client on this page is in the UK. In the US it works the same way: one contractor per trade in each area. Put your city and ZIP code in the booking form. I’ll check yours by hand before we speak.

“All looking really positive, organic leads are moving through into assessments so it definitely feels like things are starting to build nicely.”
Regions
One per trade in each region
Each client on this page is in the UK, shown dark on the map. Across Europe I take one installer per trade in each region. Put your city and country in the booking form. I’ll check yours by hand before we speak.
“The amount of enquiries coming through even to my email is crazy”
Fit
For serious owners only. You sign up for at least six months.
A good fit if you want a long-term partner
- You own the company and make the big calls.
- You fit heat pump work for homeowners in the UK.
- You want someone in it with you for years. Six months is fine by you.
- You’ve got a team, or you’d hire one more if the work was steady.
- Someone at your end picks up new enquiries that day. They ring them back, book the survey and send the quote.
A bad fit if this sounds like you
- You want cheap leads by the hundred and don’t mind who else gets them.
- You need the diary full by next week. Search takes months to build, and I won’t tell you otherwise.
- You’re booked into next year and can’t take more work.
- Enquiries sit for days and no one gets back to them.
- You’d like to try it for a month. The minimum is six months, as the first three go on the build.
What this is
A system I build with you over six months or more. Month on month, it brings you homeowners near you who have picked you. In time, it pays you back.
What this isn’t
A quick fix that takes a few clicks and fills your diary by next week.
How it starts
Four steps from your postcode to a full diary
- 1
Check your area
Type your postcode in the map above. If it’s taken, you’ll know before we speak.
- 2
Book the call
I ask about your business first. That’s your enquiries, your team and how much more work you can take. By the end you’ll know if it fits, and so will I.
- 3
The 90-day build
Your past customers hear from you in month one. The rest goes live as each part is ready.
- 4
Months four to six, and on
Search keeps growing, and enquiries land in your CRM. I run it with you, and we go through the numbers on a call each month.
Six months minimum. I work with owners who want this for the long term.
Who does what
I do
- Build each part and look after it
- Write what people read about you
- Set up each reply and follow-up in your name
- Report each month from your own CRM
You do
- Pick up new enquiries the same day
- Ring them back, book the survey, send the quote
- Send me photos from real jobs
- Join one call a month

Who you’ll work with
One company per trade in each area. You deal with me.
I’m Arsenii. My job is to bring the right people to your door. I work with owners in four trades: heat pumps, solar, insulation, and plumbing and heating. Each one runs their own team.
I take one company per trade in each area. Say I build this for you and the company down the road. I’d send the same people to both of you, and I don’t want that.
So if someone holds your area, I’ll tell you on the call. It’s not a fit, as we work with someone else there.
You own all I build from the day it goes live. That’s the domain, the site, your Google profile and what’s on it.
Each client has a WhatsApp group with me in it. The messages on this page come from those groups.

“This is amazing news. The enquiries flowed very nicely this week, and over the weekend.”
Questions
Owners ask me these before they book. Money comes first.
“It’s a lot to spend on marketing.”
Yes, it is. Installers tell me so on my calls. They set my cost against their own numbers, and that’s the right way to look at it.
Some had spent before, on a website or a run of leads. They couldn’t say what came back, as no one joined that part to the rest. I build it all and run it. You watch each enquiry land in your own CRM, and you see where it came from. Eco Renewables had 5 enquiries in March 2026. In October 2026 they had 98.
Put one more install a month against the cost. Then put a year more of the diary you have now against it.
“Will these be time-wasters, like the portal leads?”
No. They’re pre-qualified before they get in touch. Each one is a homeowner near you who has read up on heat pump work. They’ve looked at your reviews too.
Each one comes to you alone. No one sells it on to the installer down the road. They all get a quick reply and follow-ups in your name until they say yes or no.
“Why is there a six-month minimum?”
Six months is how long it takes to build it and get it working. The first three months go on the build: past customers, your site, your replies and follow-ups. From month four, search keeps growing. We go through what came in on a call each month.
I work with owners who want a partner for the long term. If you’d like to try it for a month, we’re not a fit. I’d rather say so on the call than six weeks in.
“Why isn’t the price on this page?”
The price depends on your area and your trade. It also comes down to what you have now. That might be a site that works or a long list of past jobs. Once I know those, I’ll give you the figure and what it covers. You get it before you decide on anything.
“Can I start with a new website, or with more leads?”
No. The parts pay for each other, so they go in together.
A site on its own waits for people who never come. Leads on their own land on a page that doesn’t get them to ring. And neither helps if the enquiry sits there while you’re in the loft. Take one away and the rest earn less for the same money.
“I’ve been burned before by people like you.”
You can check every figure yourself. They come from your own CRM, and you can look at it when you like. My clients’ results here come from their own accounts too. You also get a WhatsApp group with me in it, so no one sits between us. You know what to ask, and I’d rather you asked it.
“How fast will I see enquiries?”
The first ones come in month one. They’re your past customers. The rest goes live in the 90-day build. Search grows for months after that. Insulation Installers Scotland started in June 2026. They had 48 enquiries in July. By October it was 187. That’s their area and their trade, so I won’t promise you a number for yours.
“Who owns the website and the accounts?”
You do, from the day each one goes live. That’s the domain, the website, your Google profile and the content. If you leave, you take it all with you.
“What am I signing?”
A contract with a six-month minimum. I’ll take you through it on the call. I build it, run it and report on it each month. You pick up enquiries, ring them back, book the survey and send the quote, and you join the call each month.
“I’ve got no time for one more system.”
You need one call a month with me, and someone to pick up new enquiries the same day. Then it takes the evening quotes and the ring-backs off you. If no one can pick up that fast right now, tell me on the call. We’ll work out if that needs fixing first.
“What if my area’s been taken?”
Then you can’t have it while that installer is with me. I don’t ask clients to give areas up. The map shows the open areas next to yours. If one fits where your vans go, that’s the call to book.
“Do I need a new website?”
Not always. It depends on the one you’ve got. On the call we look at how your site does now. If it turns people into calls, I leave the design alone and work on the rest. If it doesn’t, a new one is part of the build.
“I’m an electrician. Does this work for me?”
Yes. It works the same way for you. None of my clients here are electricians yet, so I won’t show you someone else’s numbers as if they were yours. Homeowners want a rewire, a new board or a car charger. They need a reason to pick you, and follow-ups turn the call into a job. The map can’t check your area yet, so I do it by hand.
“Every client here is in the UK. Will it work where I am?”
Yes. People look for an installer the same way in Norwich and in Denver. A lead goes cold as fast in both. The towns, the trade words and the local rules change, and I build those for your market. On the call I’ll tell you what I’d change for your area.
